During that period, many things can happen, the undesirable ones we'd want to avoid should be handled soon. In some cases, simple depression may evolve and when it goes continuously for more than 14 days (not a minute without these symptoms), one is suspected to have major depressive disorder - that's when the chemicals in your brain go out of your control and their levels differ from other normal people. When one is diagnosed so, he/she will undergo a treatment lasting for a minimum of 6 months and depending on the severity of it, it may go longer.

Now that I had underwent this, it wasn't fun at all. There was one thing that lingered in my mind for quite some time before - if only I had sought for help earlier, then I would not need to undergo such extensive treatment and conflicts (but of course, I feel way stronger now). Feel free to see a psychiatrist, tapi orang kita macam biasalah. Kalau jumpa pakar psikiatri aja kata gila. Padahal prejudis begitu sbenarnya yang gila. Even if it isn't a serious case, a good counseling session will help you, insya Allah. All the best ya, Hannah :)zahirah ardyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11918660570645487542noreply@blogger.com
